These terms govern use of the Kitepay platform operated by Kitepay Ltd (“Kitepay”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17324148, registered office 29 Croft Street, Hyde, England, SK14 1JA.
Kitepay provides payment-platform software: an API, dashboard and hosted pages for accepting card payments, invoicing, subscriptions, payment links and related tooling. The platform currently operates in test mode: transactions run on Kitepay's internal authorization network and no real funds are moved. Live processing of real card payments will be offered only under, and subject to the terms of, an appropriately authorised payment institution.
You must provide accurate business information and keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys. We may suspend accounts that present fraud, legal or security risk.
You may not use Kitepay for any category listed in our Prohibited & Restricted Businesses policy, nor to violate any law, including money-laundering and sanctions law.
Our standard fee is 1.4% + 20p per successful capture, deducted at settlement, plus a £15.00 fee per lost dispute. Fees may change with 30 days' notice.

The platform is provided “as is” during test mode. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Either party may close the account at any time; accrued obligations survive.
England and Wales; courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
